Why we do this
Morenatural was founded out of my passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives. The ability to listen to the body’s needs and provide true relief—physically and mentally—is what drives me every day. I do this because it allows me to bring genuine comfort, helping you feel better, move more freely, and reconnect with your well-being.

My services
Remedial Massage
A gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate lymph flow, reduce swelling, and support recovery. Ideal for post-surgery, lymphedema, pregnancy, and detoxification.
Pregnancy
A tailored massage from the second trimester onwards to relieve back pain, sciatica, swelling, and tension during pregnancy. Using a pregnancy pillow for ultimate comfort, this treatment improves circulation and promotes relaxation throughout pregnancy.
Cupping Therapy
An ancient technique using suction cups to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote healing. Ideal for pain relief, postural strain, and respiratory issues.
Hot Stones
A deeply soothing treatment using warm basalt stones, rich in minerals like iron, magnesium, calcium, and potassium, to relieve muscle tension, promote relaxation, and enhance circulation. Not suitable for pregnant women.
